The Breeding Farm is unlocked at Technology level 19. You need a Cake (Flour, Red Berries, Blue Berries, Milk, Eggs, and Honey) plus 7 wood and 5 stone to build the farm. Assign one Pal of any kind to start producing Cake.

How to scale to 4 farms
Reach Technology level 19 and unlock the Breeding Farm recipe.
Gather materials: 7 wood, 5 stone, and 50 fiber per farm.
Build the farm on a flat surface near your base.
Assign one Pal of any kind to start producing Cake.
Repeat for up to 4 farms to run parallel breeding cycles.
